No. Call Get In Touch LTD is an independent retailer — we are not an O2-branded store or part of Telefónica UK Limited. We are a licensed reseller of O2 products. This means we sell genuine O2 SIMs and contracts on behalf of O2, but we are a separate business operating from our London store.
Can I trust the prices shown? +
The prices shown are current indicative pricing from O2's reseller tariffs and are updated regularly. However, pricing can change and final pricing is confirmed at the time of order. Call us on 0330 059 7091 to confirm the latest price before ordering.
Do I need to pass a credit check? +
For monthly contracts (12 or 24 months), O2 will conduct a standard credit check as part of the sign-up process. 30-day rolling SIM plans may have different requirements. Our team will guide you through what's needed.
Can I keep my existing number? +
Yes. You can port your existing number to O2. Just request a PAC code from your current provider (text PAC to 65075 for free) and provide it to us when signing up. Number porting typically takes one working day.
